Permission and rights
Use only photos and likenesses you have permission to use. Generation does not grant rights to a person’s likeness, original performance, music or source material. No artist endorsement, official partnership or commercial-use license is represented.
Generation and delivery
Generation begins after verified payment. Each requested video reserves one package slot while it is processing or held for support review; three-video packs have three independent slots. AI may change facial features, motion, other people or background details. No exact resemblance, fixed rendering time or pixel-perfect preservation is promised.
MP4 exports follow the approximately 19-second reference and selected 480p or 720p width. 720p may be upscaled. Original reference audio is included. Downloads last 7 days after completion and require the original browser cookie. Save your order reference and downloaded file.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in USD before applicable tax. Waffo displays the total before payment. You can request a manual refund for undelivered videos, including unstarted or failed generations. Three-video pack refunds are proportional to the number of undelivered videos. Visual quality concerns are reviewed individually. Failed or uncertain submissions are held for support review without automatically creating a second paid request or issuing a refund.
After a partial refund, completed videos keep their original download expiry and no further generation can be started for that order. Fully refunded orders no longer provide downloads.
